Cancellation Policy

### Catering & Food Service Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy **Deposit & Payment Policy** A **50% non-refundable deposit** of the total order amount is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and begin preparation. The remaining **50% balance is due upon delivery, arrival, or pickup of the food**, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. **Cancellation Policy** All cancellations must be made **at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event, delivery, or pickup date and time** to be eligible for a refund. * Cancellations made **72 hours or more in advance** will receive a full refund of any payments made. * Cancellations made **less than 72 hours before the scheduled event, delivery, or pickup** will **not receive a refund**. * **No exceptions** will be made to this cancellation policy. **Order Changes & Special Requests** All food allergies, dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, and special requests must be disclosed during the initial consultation and before the order is confirmed. Once ingredients have been purchased and food preparation has begun, **changes, substitutions, or modifications cannot be guaranteed and may not be accepted UNLESS It's at least 48 hours in advance of due date. **.
