Due to the nature of our food products, we do not offer exchanges on any food purchases.

Once an order has been accepted and completed, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order that is determined to be the result of an error on the part of Kyta's Kitchen (such as an incorrect item, missing item, or food quality issue caused by our preparation or service), a refund may be issued at the owner's discretion after the matter has been reviewed.
